Pramipexole is considered to have vasodilator properties. If it's indirectly from GH output, then yes it must actually cause more GH output as my veins are always very pronounced. Mental and emotional effects likely depend on the personality but they are there. I would say whatever personality characteristics you have, they get amplified.
Hi! I have been on Pramipexole 1.04 mg/day for 4 years. I started using it out of interest, the mental effects of it are indeed quite nice. The increased GH secretion effects of it in long-term use in a myth. I do not need it for any medical condition. I would like to ask if any other members...

Pramipexole is the levorotational (-) enantiomer, and no measurable chiral inversion or racemization occurs in vivo. The renal clearance of pramipexole is approximately 400 mL/min, approximately 3 times higher than the glomerular filtration rate. Thus, pramipexole is secreted by the renal tubules, probably by the organic cation transport system.

Started some research on pramipexole and am receiving no side effects at all. Never used it but thought it was supposed to cause drowsiness and or nausea. Does everyone get sides of some kind. I even upped the dosage fast. Thinking this might be bunk. Any help appreciated.
As far as I know Pubmed does have studies on people with Parkinson's disease who have shown changes in short term memory with Pramipexole but I don't know of any studies on healthy people in this context. Unfortunately due to the nature of Parkinson's disease I don't feel comfortable translating these findings to a healthy person.
Regarding Pramipexole , it theoretically can be used to enhance IGF-1 levels long-term, but then the immediate-release version must be used. And even the immediate release version must be dosed at long-enough intervals to create a big enough amplitude between low and high dopamine agonist levels to stimulate GH secretion.
