Customer: Hi: I previously took Requip (generic) for my Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS). About a month ago, I transitioned from Requip to Mirapex. Mirapex is more effective for me as it lasts until my next dose 24 hours later, whereas Requip didn't work as well. My question is whether I can use Requip as a substitute just for tonight until I can pick up my Mirapex at the pharmacy in the morning.
