QT / QTc Interval Measurement in Prominent U Wave
If the U wave is distinct from the T wave, and much smaller in size, most cardiologists do not include it in the measurement of the QT interval.
However, some cardiologists will include it if the U wave amplitude is > 50% that of the T wave.
