 - A sign of ophthalmic zoster
  - Multiple crusted vesicles in distribution of the ophthalmic nerve (forehead, nasal bridge, & nasal tip) 
 - High risk of ocular complications so consult ophthalmology
 - Tx w/ acyclovir IV or PO
