Kussmaul's sign - JVP

This patient has Kussmaul's sign, an increase in apparent JVP/CVP with inspiration. While classically associated with constrictive pericarditis, you'll see it more often with other states of a stiff/pressure loaded RV - cardiomyopathy, PE, RVMI, etc.
