Age-Focused Initial Evaluation for Pyoderma Gangrenosum 


All Patients: 
 - A thorough history and physical examination focused on 

associated comorbidities and symptoms 
 - Skin biopsy with tissue culture (bacterial, fungal, and 

mycobacterial) 
 - CBC with differential 
 - Age-appropriate malignancy screening
