Here's the abdominal ultrasound of a man who was in shock after cardiac arrest. When things aren't adding up, don't forget about the #Aorta. Just remember to think about it and one day you will save a life!



Rupture with surrounding hematoma. I believe what you are seeing that appears to mimic dissection is actually intraluminal clot.
