If hydronephrosis on #POCUS is anechoic, then what is in the renal pelvis of this pt?

Echogenic debris and scattered foci of air visualized filling a dilated renal pelvis - think emphysematous pyonephrosis! Pt received abx & IR for drain. The pt did well!
