Gottron's Papules in Dermatomyositis



Another classic clue is Gottron's papules which are small grouped flat topped papules surrounded by erythema. The papules are typically located on extensor surfaces of joints (MCP, PIP, DIP, elbows, knees) and erythema can extend along the path of extensor tendons on the hands
