1&4: Diffuse B Line pattern with skipped segments and alveolar shred / small subpleural consol.

Volpicelli / Lichtenstein’s Light Beam pattern 

2 = B Line and homogenous pleura (can’t see well mind you)

And 3 is normal pleura with maybe 3 B lines - verging on interstitial edema
