Amblyopia => 

Interruption of visual stimulation during childhood visual development

 -> Brain neglects input from the amblyopic eye

 -> Atrophy of lateral geniculate nucleus and primary visual cortex corresponding to the amblyopic eye

 -> Decreased visual acuity of amblyopic eye

 -> Impaired depth perception
